Title: Sales Rep
Type: PT/FT (1099 Independent Contractor)
Salary: Base + Performance Commission
Travel: Some/Frequent
Work from Home: YES
Location: This position can be based in any US state or territory. No relocation necessary.
Description: Under the supervision of the VP of Sales, this position will have sole responsibility for maintaining and expanding the Tapestry’s presence within a specific geographic region or to a specific customer base. Target customers include: Fine Art Galleries, Christian Book Stores & Gift/Home Furnishing/Other Retail stores.
Responsibilities:
1) Maintain & Grow relationships with current retail customers.
2) Establish new relationships within your authorized geographic region or marketplace.
3) Provide education to customers including information about Tapestry’s line, mission and the nature of our product.
4) Provide customer service as needed to accounts, implementing Tapestry’s policies programs and terms.
5) Provide a specific point of contact for Tapestry’s clients
Education/Experience: No formal education requirement however successful past sales or marketing experience is strongly preferred.
Direct Sales/Customer Interaction: Yes, Frequent.
Other information: There is a 6 month probationary period for all new sales reps so that we can provide training and qualify their abilities to offer our line. There is NO exclusivity required in your services, you can rep multiple lines while representing our line.
