Tapestry Productions Inc is proud to use Fed Ex and Fed Ex Ground as our preferred shipping method for the 48 continental United States. In some cases, particularly book orders, we may ship via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

Book orders may be subject to different shipping rates based on larger orders.

Below are the standard shipping rates for book orders:

Order Fulfillment Time Frame

As a result of the high quality and craftsmanship of our items, many of them are not made until you order which generally means that your order may take up to four weeks to arrive. While we try to ship all items of your order together, during periods of high demand, your order may ship separately or direct from the manufacturer. If your order is separated into multiple shipments or backordered, there are no additional shipping charges.

Any applicable shipping charges will be added to your order when they are processed.

Volume Discounts

In the event that you wish to purchase books in case quantity or are interested in ordering a quantity of more than six of any one print, please call 877.TAP.PROD (877.827.7763) ext. 201 for special pricing.

Retail/Wholesale/Ministry Orders

Tapestry Productions, the parent company of Tapestry Direct, specializes in wholesale/retail and large account orders. All of the products in this catalog are available via a Corporate Accounts Manager. To set up a corporate, retail, wholesale or ministry account, please call 877.TAP.PROD (877.827.7763) and select ext. 202. Deep discounts and corporate price levels are available. If your account qualifies, you may be eligible for credit terms. Retail/Wholesale/Ministry or Corporate Accounts will be charged for shipping based on the air/ground bill amount and not based on the above estimates.

International Orders

Most products are available for shipment internationally. Duties, dues, fees, taxes, tariffs and clearing customs are the customer’s responsibility. Please call for ordering info.

Gift Certificates

Lack of Availability, Typos plus Website & Catalog Errors

Several of our products are of a limited nature where only a certain amount will ever be made. In some cases, we may have sold out of a featured item. If so, we will call you to discuss your order. Although we try hard to avoid it, from time to time typos, inconsistencies or other errors may occur in either our catalog or website that we can not be held liable for. We apologize for these and reserve the right to changes of price, size, availability or other aspects of our products at any time and without prior notice.
