With God as the Potter, Christians can be sure that He will sculpt them. Notice in The Clay that outwardly, the woman needs no work. However, the Master has the ability to look deep inside and see the cracks forming that, if not taken care of, will eventually undo each of us. This extraordinary painting demonstrates man as the clay and God’s loving hands at work. It offers the perfect encouragement that while sometimes the growth process comes through pain, other times God can gently mold the yielded soul.
