A famous saying goes, “A picture paints a thousand words.” For me, the words of Scripture spark a thousand paintings! As I travel, I am so often asked why I painted a certain piece or where my inspiration comes from. Beyond Words answers many of those questions with a behind the scenes look at how God brought me to a place of having a part in the reclaiming of the Arts for Christ. This book, highly personal and somewhat autobiographical, intertwines 20 of my paintings with a personal devotional from God’s Word.
